I’ve been hitting the not-so-healthy foods as of late and hit a staggering weight on the scale yesterday. So, I’ll be checking out some less fatty alternatives over the next few months.
My goal for the new year was to lose 30 pounds. I stepped on the scale yesterday and the goal suddenly became 40 pounds.
I want to keep burgers in the diet, but will probably be opting for side salads and lettuce wraps.
Any advice would be appreciated.
